Efficacy of Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Mental Health, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder in Students with COVID-19 Anxiety

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has aroused fear and anxiety in many people worldwide. Objectives: study was conducted to measure the efficacy of internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (ICBT) for mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive (OCD) students with anxiety. Methods: This semi-experimental as a pre-post-test control group. statistical population research included Tarbiat Modares University academic year 2021. To collect required data, 30 were randomly allocated (n = 30) experimental groups. data collection tools questionnaire on anxiety, PTSD, OCD. Following pre-test, ICBT implemented eight 90-minute sessions analyze SPSS software version 24 multivariate covariance analysis used.
